Circuit/System Verification

  1. Ignition - On / Vehicle - In Service Mode
  2. Under normal operating conditions:Verify DTC C0010, C0011, C0014, C0015, C0018, C0019, C001C, C001D is not set.
    • If any of the DTCs are set 
    1. Ignition/Vehicle - Off - Disconnect the electrical connector:K17 Electronic Brake Control Module
    2. Test for less than 10 ohms between the test points:Terminal 14 & Terminal 46
      • If greater than 10 ohms - Repair the open/high resistance in the circuit.
      • Go to next step: If less than 10 ohms - Replace the component:Q5 Brake Pressure Modulator
    • Go to next step: If none of the DTCs are set 
  3. All OK.
