Launch/Brake Sequence

From a stop, engine running, in DRIVE:
- Depress accelerator to 10-15% throttle position.
- Once vehicle speed is 20 mph, lift foot off accelerator.
- Lightly depress brake pedal, slowly bringing the vehicle to a stop (more brake may be required once vehicle speed is no longer decreasing).
- Depress accelerator to 25-30% throttle position.
- Once vehicle speed is 30 mph, lift foot off accelerator.
- Lightly depress brake pedal, bringing vehicle to stop.
- Depress accelerator to 50-55% throttle position.
- Once vehicle speed is 40 mph, lift foot off accelerator.
- Lightly depress brake pedal, bringing vehicle to stop.
