- Primary Pulley Speed = Greater than 159 RPM
- Transmission Fluid Temperature = Warmer than 20°C (68°F)
- Transmission Range = Drive
- Vehicle Speed = 0 km/h (0 MPH)
Frequency the DTC runs = Continuously - After the running conditions are met
