Circuit/System Verification

- Ignition - On / Vehicle - In Service Mode
- Verify DTC P0641 is not set.
- If the DTC is set
Refer to:DTC P0641
- Go to next step: If the DTC is not set
- If the DTC is set
- Verify the scan tool parameter:
- { P0841 - P0843 } Transmission Fluid Pressure Sensor 1 = 0.5 to 4.5 V
- { P0846 - P0848 } Transmission Fluid Pressure Sensor 2 = 0.5 to 4.5 V
- If not between 0.5 and 4.5 V
Refer to: Circuit/System Testing
- Go to next step: If between 0.5 and 4.5 V
- Verify the scan tool parameter:Transmission Fluid Pressure Sensor 1 & Transmission Fluid Pressure Sensor 2 = The parameter value should not change.
Perform the action while monitoring the parameter:
- Wiggle the harness and connector:X1 @ T12 Automatic Transmission Assembly
- Wiggle the harness and connector:X1 @ K71 Transmission Control Modulex
- If the parameter value changes
Repair as necessary - Wiring / Terminal(s) / Electrical Connector(s)
- Go to next step: If the parameter value does not change
- Operate the vehicle within the Conditions for Running the DTC. You may also operate the vehicle within the conditions that you observed from the Freeze Frame/Failure Records data.
Verify the DTC does not set.
- If the DTC sets

- Go to next step: If the DTC is not set
- If the DTC sets
- All OK.
