Removal Procedure

  1. Without draining the coolant and without disconnecting the hoses, position aside the radiator surge tank. - Radiator Surge Tank Replacement (LTG)
  2. Intake Manifold Cover Replacement - Remove
  3. GM4238154

    Power Brake Booster Vacuum Pipe Fitting (1) @Power Brake Booster Vacuum Sensor - Disconnect

  4. GM4238161

    Power Brake Booster Vacuum Pipe Fitting (1) @Vacuum Pump - Disconnect

  5. Power Brake Booster Vacuum Pipe - Remove
