Installation Procedure

  1. Power Brake Booster Vacuum Pipe - Install
  2. GM4244404

    Power Brake Booster Vacuum Pipe Fitting (1) @Vacuum Pump - Connect

  3. GM4238154

    Power Brake Booster Vacuum Pipe Fitting (1) @Power Brake Booster Vacuum Sensor - Connect

  4. GM4242227

    Reposition the charge air cooler outlet air tube.

  5. Install the charge air cooler outlet air tube fastener (1) and retainer spring (2) . - Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Tube Replacement
  6. Radiator Surge Tank Replacement (LFV) - Install
