Removal Procedure
WARNING:
- Place the ignition switch in the OFF position.
- Without draining the coolant and without disconnecting the hoses, position aside the radiator surge tank. - Radiator Surge Tank Replacement (LTG)Radiator Surge Tank Replacement (LFV)
Right Front Brake Pipe Fitting (1) - Disconnect
- Plug the brake pressure modulator valve (BPMV) outlet port to prevent brake fluid loss and contamination.
Clip (1) - Release
Clip (1) - Release
- Clip (2) - Release
- Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
Clip (1) @Side Rail - Release
Brake Pipe Fitting (1) @Brake Hose - Disconnect
- Cap the brake hose to prevent brake fluid loss and contamination.
- Brake Pipe - Remove
