2	Instrument Panel Upper Trim Panel Seal Procedures Carefully lift the outer ends of the upper trim panel seal from the edge of the instrument panel. Clean the adhesive residue from the instrument panel, wipe the surface dry with a lint-free towel prior to installing the new seal. Remove the protective liner from the back side of the seal adhesive tape. Be careful not to touch the tape with hands and do not allow the tape to come in contact with dirt or any foreign matter prior to adhesive. Position the upper trim panel seal to the edge of the instrument panel as illustrated. Use a suitable tool to firmly compress the seal to the upper trim panel to ensure a proper bond.
