  1. Ignition/Vehicle - Off
  2. Verify a condition does not exist with the component : Turbocharger @ M103 Turbocharger Vane Position Actuator
    • If a condition exists 

      Replace the component : Turbocharger

    • Go to next step : If no conditions exist 
  3. All OK.
