Barometric Pressure = Greater than 74.8 kPa (10.8 PSI)
Desired EGR Position = Greater than 0%
Engine = Running
Engine Speed = 1, 500 to 3, 000 RPM
{P140B}Fuel Injection Quantity = 30 to 50 mm³
{P140C}Fuel Injection Quantity = 10 to 50 mm³
Ignition Voltage = Greater than 11 V

Frequency the DTC runs = Continuously - After the running conditions are met
