Circuit/System Verification

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Ignition ON.
  2. Verify that DTC P11CC is not set
    • If the DTC is set 
  3. Verify the none of the conditions listed below exist :
    • Intake system leaks
    • Exhaust system leaks
    • A loose or disconnected charge air cooler hose or pipe
    • Physical damage
    • Soot plugged B195 Nitrogen Oxide Sensor
    • Loose B195 Nitrogen Oxide sensors or B131 Exhaust Temperature Sensors
    • Loose or missing hardware
      • If a condition is found

        Repair as necessary

      • Go to next step : If no condition is found

        Go to next step : Replace the B195A Nitrogen Oxides Sensor 1

    • Go to next step : If the DTC is not set 
  4. Verify that DTCs P115E, P115F, P1160, P116A, P116B, P116C, P116D, P116E, P116F, P1192, P1193, P1194, P119A, P119B, P119C, P11C5, P11C6, P11CC, P11D3, P11DB, P2202, P2203, P2205, P2206, P2207, P2208, P2209, P2210, P2211, or P22FA are not set
    • If any of the DTCs are set 

      Replace the B195A Nitrogen Oxides Sensor 1

    • Go to next step : If none of the DTCs are set 
  5. Operate the vehicle within the Conditions for Running the DTC. You may also operate the vehicle within the conditions that you observed from the Freeze Frame/Failure Records data.
  6. Verify the DTC does not set.
    • If the DTC sets 

      Replace the B195A Nitrogen Oxides Sensor 1

    • Go to next step : If the DTC does not set 
  7. All OK.
