Circuit/System Testing

P0506

  1. Verify the following conditions do not exist :
    • Exhaust System - Restricted
    • Mechanical Condition - Engine Speed = Limited
    • Engine - Parasitic Load
    • If a condition exists 

      Repair as necessary

    • Go to next step : If no conditions exist 
  2. All OK.

P0507

  1. Verify the following conditions do not exist :
    • Vacuum leak @ Engine/Intake Manifold
    • Q38 Throttle Body - Binding or Sticking @ Closed
    • Positive Crankcase Ventilation System - Leaking/Incorrect connection/Restricted
    • If a condition exists 

      Repair as necessary

    • Go to next step : If no conditions exist 
  2. All OK.
