Installation Procedure

    Fuel Tank Filler Pipe (1) - Install

    Fuel Tank Filler Pipe (3) - Install

    3. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  3. Fuel Tank Filler Hose Clamp (2) - Install and tighten4 N.m (35 lb in)
  4. Evaporative Emission Hose (1) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service

    Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Ground Strap (2) - Install

  6. Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Ground Bolt (1) - Install and tighten9 N.m (80 lb in)

    Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Housing Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [3x] 5 N.m (44 lb in)

  8. Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Housing Retainer (1) - Install
  9. Refill the fuel tank.
  10. Inspect for fuel leaks.
  11. Lower the vehicle.
