Removal Procedure

- Turn OFF the engine for 30 seconds. This will completely purge the fuel pressure from the fuel system.
- Heater Inlet and Outlet Pipe - Remove - Heater Inlet And Outlet Pipe Replacement (LWN with K08) , or Heater Inlet And Outlet Pipe Replacement (LWN without K08)
Remove the fuel pump fuel feed hose (1) from the fuel pump. Metal Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
- Remove the fuel pump fuel feed hose clip (2) from the hose.
Open the fuel pump fuel feed hose clip (1).
- Remove the fuel pump fuel feed hose bracket nut (2) and spacer (3).
Open the fuel feed and return hose clip (1).
- Remove the fuel pump fuel feed hose (2) from the fuel feed front pipe. Metal Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
Remove the fuel pump fuel feed hose (1) from the vehicle.
