Installation Procedure

- Support the emission reduction fluid tank with a suitable jack.
Emission Reduction Fluid Tank (1) - Install
Position emission reduction fluid tank rearward to allow access to install bolts.
- Emission Reduction Fluid Tank Support Bracket (2) - Install
- Emission Reduction Fluid Tank Support Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 58 N.m (43 lb ft)
Emission Reduction Fluid Tank Strap (2) - Install [2x]
- Emission Reduction Fluid Tank Strap Bolt (1) - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft) [4x]
Emission Reduction Fluid Pump Module Wiring Harness (2) @ Retainer (3) - Install
- Emission Reduction Fluid Pump Module Wiring Harness (1) - Connect
Emission Reduction Fluid Exhaust Front Pipe Injector Supply Pipe (2) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
- Emission Reduction Fluid Exhaust Front Pipe Injector Supply Pipe Electrical Connector (1) - Connect
Emission Reduction Fluid Tank Shield (2) - Install
- Emission Reduction Fluid Tank Shield Retainer (1) - Install [4x]
Emission Reduction Fluid Tank Filler Hose (3) - Install
- Emission Reduction Fluid Tank Filler Hose Clamp (2) - Install - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Emission Reduction Fluid Tank Filler Vent Hose (1) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
- Lower the vehicle.
- Refill the emission reduction fluid tank.
