Removal Procedure

  1. High Pressure Diesel Fuel Injection Rail - Remove - Fuel Injection Fuel Rail Assembly Replacement

    Fuel Pump Fuel Return Hose (1) @ Diesel Fuel Separator - Disconnect - Metal Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service

    Clamp (1) @ Fuel Injection Fuel Return Pipe (2) - Release

  4. Fuel Injection Fuel Return Pipe (2) @ Diesel Fuel Separator - Disconnect

    Disconnect the connector (1) on the diesel fuel separator at the fuel pump.

    Fuel Pipe Bracket Nut (1) - Remove

  7. Unclip the diesel fuel separator from the map sensor connector (2).
  8. Diesel Fuel Separator (3) - Remove
