Installation Procedure

    Diesel Fuel Separator (3) - Install

  2. Clip the diesel fuel separator to the map sensor connector (2).
    3. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  3. Fuel Pipe Bracket Nut (1) - Install and tighten 10 N.m (89 lb in)

    Connect the connector (1) on the diesel fuel separator at the fuel pump.

    Clamp (1) @ Fuel Injection Fuel Return Pipe (2) - Release

  6. Fuel Injection Fuel Return Pipe (2) @ Diesel Fuel Separator - Connect

    Fuel Pump Fuel Return Hose (1) @ Diesel Fuel Separator - Connect - Metal Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 

  8. High Pressure Diesel Fuel Injection Rail - Install - Fuel Injection Fuel Rail Assembly Replacement
