- Engine - Cranking - For 10 s
Verify the function : Engine = Running
- If the function does not work
Refer to : Circuit/System Testing - Test 1
- Go to next step : If the function works
- If the function does not work
- Ignition/Vehicle - Off
- Verify the condition does not exist : Fuel - Contaminated/Poor Quality - Refer to : Contaminants-in-Fuel Diagnosis
- If a condition exists
Repair or replace as necessary
- Go to next step : If no condition exists
- If a condition exists
- Engine - Running
Verify the following conditions do not exist :
- Engine - Misfire/Stalling
- Engine Power - Low
- Exhaust - Excessive Smoke
- Idle Speed - Unstable
- If a condition exists
