Circuit/System Verification

- Ignition - On / Vehicle - In Service Mode
- Verify the scan tool parameter : Water in Fuel = No
- If not the specified state
- Verify the condition does not exist : Water @ Fuel Filter Water Bleed Screw
Refer to : Water-in-Fuel Draining
- If a condition exists - Refer to : Contaminants-in-Fuel Diagnosis
- If no condition exists - Refer to : Circuit/System Testing
- Go to next step : If the specified state
- Operate the vehicle within the Conditions for Running the DTC. You may also operate the vehicle within the conditions that you observed from the Freeze Frame/Failure Records data.
Verify the DTC does not set.
- If the DTC sets
Refer to : Circuit/System Testing
- Go to next step : If the DTC is not set
- If the DTC sets
- All OK.
