P2452 and P2456 

The ECM detects an implausible DPF differential pressure sensor signal.

P2453 

The ECM detects that the differential pressure is greater than or less than the calibrated threshold for 1 s.

P2454 

The ECM detects an short to ground in the signal circuit.

P2455 

The ECM detects an open circuit or a short to voltage in the signal circuit.
