Conditions for Setting the DTC

P0335 Condition 1 

Crankshaft Position Sensor = No Signal - For greater than 4 s

Condition 2 

Crankshaft Position Sensor = No Signal - For greater than 0. 3 s

Condition 3 

Crankshaft Position Sensor = No Signal - During 2 engine revolution(s)

P0336 Condition 1 

Crankshaft Position Sensor = Signal synchronization lost 10 times within 10 s.

Condition 2 

Crankshaft Position Sensor = Sync gap not detected - For greater than 0. 4 s

Condition 3 

Crankshaft Position Sensor = Sync gap not detected - Since last starter engagement - For greater than 1. 5 s

Condition 4 

Crankshaft Position Sensor = Not between 51 and 65 pulses - During 1 engine revolution(s) - For 8 out of 10 engine revolutions

Frequency the DTC runs = Continuously - After the running conditions are met
