Circuit/System Verification

  1. Ignition - On / Vehicle - In Service Mode
  2. Verify DTC P1553 is not set.
    • If the DTC is set 
    1. Replace the appropriate component:
    • { If equipped } K14 Distance Sensing Cruise Control Module
    • { If equipped } K124 Active Safety Control Module
    • Go to next step: If the DTC is not set 
  3. All OK.
