Installation Procedure

Install the side door check strap (1) into the door.
- Hook the strap (1) to the pin inside of the door. Pull the strap (1) in order engage the pin.
- Install the fasteners (2) in order to retain the side door check strap (1) to the door pillar and tighten to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
