Removal Procedure

    Fuel Injection Fuel Rail Assembly (1) - Remove - Fuel Injection Fuel Rail Assembly Replacement (L96)

  2. Engine Oil Pressure Sensor - Remove - Engine Oil Pressure Sensor and/or Switch Replacement 
  3. Generator - Remove - Generator Replacement (L96, LC8)

    Electrical Connector (1) @ Throttle Body - Disconnect

    Electrical Connector (1) @ Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor - Disconnect

    Vacuum Hose (1) @ Intake Manifold - Disconnect

    Intake Manifold Bolt (1) - Remove the bolts in sequence. [10x]

    Intake Manifold (1) - Remove

  9. Intake Manifold Gasket (2) - Remove and DISCARD [2x]
  10. Transfer components as necessary.
