Removal Procedure

Front Floor Console Extension Panel (2) - Remove - Front Floor Console Extension Panel Replacement
Engine Cover (1) - Remove - Engine Cover Replacement
Remove the right side floor front air outlet center duct (2). Floor Front Air Outlet Center Duct Replacement - Right Side
- NOTE:
The distributor center duct was removed for clarity of the service procedure.
Depress the detent at the arrow to remove the lower mode valve actuator (1) from the heater case.
- Remove the lower mode valve actuator (1) from the mode valve lever (2).
- Remove the vacuum hose.
