Removal Procedure

    NOTE:

    The air conditioning cycling switch has been removed for clarity of the service procedure.

    Air Valve Actuator Vacuum Harness (1) @ Heater and Air Conditioning Control Vacuum Source Hose Check Valve (2) - Remove

    Air Valve Actuator Vacuum Harness Connector (1) @ Air Valve Actuator Control Module Harness (2) - Remove

  3. Pull back the right front carpet and padding to gain access to the air valve actuator vacuum harness.
  4. Air Valve Actuator Vacuum Harness Clip (3) - Remove
  5. Air Valve Actuator Vacuum Harness Grommet (4) - Remove
  6. Remove the Air Valve Actuator Vacuum Harness (5) from the vehicle.
