Remove the right side floor front air outlet center duct (2). Floor Front Air Outlet Center Duct Replacement - Right Side

Disconnect the air valve actuator vacuum harness connector (1).
Remove the air valve actuator vacuum harness clip (2) from the distributor center air outlet duct.

Remove the air valve actuator vacuum harness clip (1) from the distributor center air outlet duct.

Push the air valve actuator vacuum harness clip (1) through the instrument panel carrier to remove.
Route the air valve actuator vacuum harness (2) out from behind the instrument panel carrier.
