Installation Procedure

- NOTE:
The cylinder head exhaust manifold bolt hole threads must be clean and free of debris or threadlocking material.
Exhaust Manifold Gasket (2) - Install NEW
- Exhaust Manifold (1) @ Left Side - Install
Exhaust Manifold Bolt (1) - Install NEW [2x] - Exhaust Manifold Installation - Left Side
Exhaust Manifold Bolt (1) - Install NEW [2x] - Exhaust Manifold Installation - Left Side
Exhaust Front Pipe Nut (1) @ Left Side - Install and tighten [3x] - Warm Up Three-Way Catalytic Converter Replacement (LV1)
- Oil Level Indicator Tube - Install - Oil Level Indicator Tube Replacement (Upper) , or Oil Level Indicator Tube Replacement (Lower)
- Spark Plug Wire-Left Side @ Spark Plug - Install [3x] - Spark Plug Wire Replacement
- Inspect the exhaust system for leaks.
- Engine Cover - Install - Engine Cover Replacement
