Installation Procedure

- NOTE:
The cylinder head exhaust manifold bolt hole threads must be clean and free of debris or threadlocking material.
Exhaust Manifold Gasket (2) - Install NEW
- Exhaust Manifold (1) @ Left Side - Install
Exhaust Manifold Bolt (1) - Install NEW [3x]
Exhaust Manifold Bolt (1) - Install NEW [3x]
- Exhaust Manifold Bolt - Tighten - Exhaust Manifold Installation - Left Side
Exhaust Front Pipe Nut (1) @ Left Side - Install and tighten [3x] - Catalytic Converter Replacement (LWN) , or Catalytic Converter Replacement (L96, LC8)
- Generator and Power Steering Pump Bracket - Install - Generator and Power Steering Pump Bracket Replacement (L96, LC8)
- Spark Plug Wire-Left Side @ Spark Plug - Install [4x] - Spark Plug Wire Replacement
- Inspect the exhaust system for leaks.
- Engine Cover - Install - Engine Cover Replacement
