Installation Procedure

Exhaust Manifold Heat Shield (2) - Install
- Exhaust Manifold Heat Shield Bolt (1) - Install and tighten10 N.m (7 lb ft) [3x]
- Connect the engine harness at the top of the engine and position in place.
- Connect the engine harness retainers at the right rear of the engine.
- Connect the exhaust gas recirculation cooler temperature sensor - position 2 electrical connector.
- Connect the electrical connector at the turbocharger.
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve Temperature Sensor - Install - Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler Temperature Sensor Replacement - Position 1
- Engine Cover - Install - Engine Cover Replacement
