Installation Procedure

    Steering Shaft Upper Bearing Spring (3) - Install

  2. Turn Signal Cancel Cam (4) - Install
  3. Steering Column Lock Plate (2) - Install
  4. Use the CH-23653 - SIR  Steering Column Lock Plate Compressor to install the NEW steering shaft lock plate retaining ring. (1)
