Installation Procedure

- Clean all corrosion or contaminates from the steering knuckle bore and the front hub and bearing assembly.
- Apply grease evenly and ensure complete coverage to the steering knuckle bearing pilot bore only. Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers
Front Wheel Hub Seal (1) - Install
Front Brake Shield (1) - Install
Front Wheel Hub (1) - Install
- CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution .
Front Wheel Bearing Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [4x] 180N.m (133 lb ft)
- Install and connect the wheel speed sensor harness to the upper control arm and steering knuckle. Front Wheel Speed Sensor Replacement
Front Brake Rotor (1) - Install - Front Brake Rotor Replacement (JH6) , or Front Brake Rotor Replacement (JH9)
- Install the tire and wheel assembly. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
- Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
NOTE:
Avoid applying grease to any other machined surfaces, holes, or threads. Ensure the drain channel at the bottom of the bore is not blocked with grease or debris.
