Removal Procedure

The noise cancelling foam component MUST be replaced if it has been exposed to engine fluids. Failure to replace the noise cancelling foam component that has been exposed to engine fluids may result in an engine fire resulting in catastrophic engine damage, and possible injury or death.
- Engine Cover - Remove - Engine Cover Replacement
- Fuel Return Pipe - Remove - Fuel Injection Fuel Return Pipe Replacement
- Fuel Injection Fuel Rail - Remove - Fuel Injection Fuel Rail Assembly Replacement
- Intake Manifold Tuning Vacuum Control Solenoid Valve - Remove - Intake Manifold Tuning Vacuum Control Solenoid Valve Replacement
Electrical Connector (1) @ Fuel Injector (2) - Disconnect [4x]
- Engine Wiring Harness Clip (3) @ Valve Rocker Arm Cover Stud - Remove
Fuel Injector Deadener (1) - Remove
