Installation Procedure

    Position the power brake booster inlet hose (1) on the vehicle through the top of the engine compartment.

    Install a NEW power brake booster inlet hose seal (2) on the power brake booster outlet hose.

    Apply a small amount of power steering fluid on the seal to aid in installation.

  3. Power Brake Booster Inlet Hose(1) @ Power Steering Pump - Install and tighten38 N.m (28 lb ft)

    Install a NEW power brake booster inlet hose seal (3) on the power brake booster outlet hose.

    Apply a small amount of power steering fluid on the seal to aid in installation.

  5. Power Brake Booster Inlet Hose(2) @ Power Brake Booster - Install and tighten34 N.m (25 lb ft)
  6. Install a NEW power brake booster outlet hose strap (1).
  7. Fill and bleed the power steering system. Power Steering System Bleeding
