Removal Procedure

- Place a drain pan under the vehicle.
Front Wheelhouse Splash Shield-Right Side (1) - Remove - Wheelhouse Splash Shield Replacement (Left Side)Wheelhouse Splash Shield Replacement (Right Side)
Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe (2) @ Radiator - Disengage[2x] - Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection
- Cap the openings to prevent contamination.
- Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Clip (1) @ - Engine Coolant Fan Shroud - Unclip
Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe (1) @ Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Bracket - Unclip[2x]
Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe (2) @ Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Bracket (2) - Unclip[2x]
Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe Bolt (4) - Remove
- Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe Retainer (3) - Remove
- Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe (1) - Remove
- Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Fitting Seal (2) - Remove and DISCARD[2x]
- Remove the transmission fluid cooler inlet and outlet pipe (1) from the vehicle.
