Installation Procedure

Install the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler (2) into the vehicle.
- Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler (2) @ Radiator Air Lower Baffle - Engage
- Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Bolt (1) @ Front End Upper Tie Bar - Install and tighten[2x]9 N.m (80 lb in)
Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Inlet Pipe (1) @ Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler - Install - Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Inlet Pipe Replacement (MYD)
Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe (1) @ Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler - Install - Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Replacement (M5U) Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Replacement (MYD)
- Front Grille - Install - Front Grille Replacement (Chevrolet)Front Grille Replacement (GMC)
- Check the transmission fluid level. Transmission Fluid Level and Condition Check
- Inspect for transmission fluid leaks.
- Remove the drain pan.
