Circuit/System Verification

Verify the correct adjustment: Range Selector Lever Cable.
- If not adjusted correctly

- Go to next step: If adjusted correctly
Ignition = On
Transmission - Park
Verify the scan tool parameter: Park/Neutral Position Switch = Park/Neutral Position Switch
- If not correct
  Refer to: Circuit/System Testing
- Go to next step: If correct
Verify the scan tool parameter: 9V Reference 1 Circuit Status = OK
- If not the specified state
  Refer to: Circuit/System Testing
- Go to next step: If the specified state
Verify the scan tool parameter: Internal Mode Switch - Voltage
Refer to: Transmission Internal Mode Switch Voltage
- If not correct
  Refer to: Circuit/System Testing
- Go to next step: If correct
Operate the vehicle within the Conditions for Running the DTC. You may also operate the vehicle within the conditions that you observed from the Freeze Frame/Failure Records data.
Verify the DTC does not set.
- If the DTC sets
  Refer to: Circuit/System Testing
- Go to next step: If the DTC is not set
All OK.
