P0716 

Transmission Input Speed = Decreases greater than 1350 RPM - For greater than 1 s

P0717 Condition 1 

Transmission Input Speed = Less than 67 RPM - For greater than 4.5 s

Condition 2

The above condition(s) must occur for greater than 3 s.
