Installation Procedure

    Heater Inlet Hose (2) @ Heater Inlet and Outlet Pipe - Install

  2. Heater Inlet Hose Clamp (1) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type

    Heater Inlet Hose (3) @ Water Pump Inlet Pipe - Install

  4. Wiring Harness Clip (2) @ Heater Inlet Hose - Install
  5. Heater Inlet Hose Clamp (1) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
  6. Reposition the wiring harness.
  7. Electrical Connector @ Air Conditioning Compressor - Connect
  8. Electrical Connector @ Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor - Connect

    Front Wheelhouse Splash Shield- Left Side (3) - Install - Wheelhouse Splash Shield Replacement (Left Side)

  10. Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill LWN) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716 LWN) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static LC8, LV1, L96) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE47716 LC8, LV1, L96)
  11. Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
