Removal Procedure

  1. Drain the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill LWN) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716 LWN) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static LC8, LV1, L96) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE47716 LC8, LV1, L96)

    Front Wheelhouse Splash Shield-Right Side (3) - Remove - Wheelhouse Splash Shield Replacement (Right Side)

    Heater Inlet Hose Clamp (1) - Disengage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type

  4. Heater Inlet Hose (2) @ Auxiliary Air Conditioning Evaporator Outlet Rear Hose - Remove

    Heater Inlet Hose Retainer (1) @ Vacuum Hose - Remove

  6. Heater Inlet Hose Retainer (2) @ Radiator Vent Inlet Hose - Remove

    Heater Inlet Hose Clamp (1) - Disengage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type

  8. Heater Inlet Hose (2) @ Heater Inlet and Outlet Hose - Remove
