Installation Procedure

Heater Inlet Hose (2) @ Heater Inlet and Outlet Hose - Install
- Heater Inlet Hose Clamp (1) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
Heater Inlet Hose Retainer (2) @ Radiator Vent Inlet Hose - Install
- Heater Inlet Hose Retainer (1) @ Vacuum Hose - Install
Heater Inlet Hose (2) @ Auxiliary Air Conditioning Evaporator Outlet Rear Hose - Install
- Heater Inlet Hose Clamp (1) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
Front Wheelhouse Splash Shield-Right Side (3) - Install - Wheelhouse Splash Shield Replacement (Right Side)
- Lower the vehicle.
- Fill the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill LWN) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716 LWN) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static LC8, LV1, L96) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE47716 LC8, LV1, L96)
- Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
