Removal Procedure

- Drain the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill LWN) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716 LWN) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static LC8, LV1, L96) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE47716 LC8, LV1, L96)
Auxiliary Heater Inlet and Outlet Pipe (2) @ Heater Coolant Heater - Remove - Auxiliary Heater Inlet and Outlet Pipe Replacement (LWN) , or Auxiliary Heater Inlet and Outlet Pipe Replacement (L96, LV1 with C36)
Fuel Heater Outlet Hose (3) @ Heater Coolant Heater - Remove - Fuel Heater Outlet Hose Replacement (LWN)
Fuel Heater Inlet Hose (2) @ Heater Coolant Heater - Remove - Fuel Heater Inlet Hose Replacement (LWN)
Heater Coolant Heater Exhaust Muffler (1) @ Heater Coolant Heater - Remove - Heater Coolant Heater Exhaust Muffler Replacement (LWN)
Fuel Heater Pipe (1) @ Heater Coolant Heater - Remove - Fuel Heater Pipe Replacement
- Electrical Connector @ Heater Coolant Heater - Disconnect
Heater Coolant Heater Bolt (1) - Remove
