Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the heater coolant heater. Refer to Heater Coolant Heater Replacement (LWN) .
  2. Remove the heater coolant heater control unit. Refer to Heater Coolant Heater Control Replacement .

    NOTE:

    Note the routing of the wiring to ensure proper installation.

    Using J-38125 - 560 remove the coolant heater combustion sensor wiring from the electrical connector.

  4. Remove the coolant heater combustion sensor from the coolant heater.
