Installation Procedure

    Install the heater coolant heater blower wiring to the electrical connector.

  2. Install the heater coolant heater blower (4) to the combustion unit with a new gasket.
  3. Install the heater coolant heater blower retaining screws (3).

    Tighten 

    Tighten the screws to 3 N.m (27 lb in).

  4. Install the heater coolant heater blower cover.
  5. Install the heater coolant heater blower cover retaining screws (1).

    Tighten 

    Tighten the screws to 6 N.m (53 lb in).

  6. Install the heater coolant heater glow plug. Refer to Heater Coolant Heater Glow Plug Replacement .
  7. Install the heater coolant heater. Refer to Heater Coolant Heater Replacement (LWN) .
  8. Lower the vehicle.
