Installation Procedure

    Install the heater coolant heater temperature sensors wiring to the electrical connector.

  2. Install the heater coolant heater temperature sensors with new O-rings.
  3. Install the heater coolant heater temperature sensor retaining bracket.
    4. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  4. Install the heater coolant heater temperature sensor retaining screw (5) and tighten to 1.5 N.m (13 lb in).
  5. Install the heater coolant heater combustion cover.
  6. Install the heater coolant heater combustion cover retaining screws (1) and tighten to 6 N.m (53 lb in).
  7. Install the heater coolant heater blower cover (3).
  8. Install the heater coolant heater blower cover retaining screws (2) and tighten to 6 N.m (53 lb in).
  9. Install the heater coolant heater control module (4). Refer to Heater Coolant Heater Control Replacement .
  10. Install the heater coolant heater. Refer to Heater Coolant Heater Replacement (LWN) .
  11. Lower the vehicle.
