Removal Procedure

  1. Drain the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill LWN) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716 LWN) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static LC8, LV1, L96) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE47716 LC8, LV1, L96)

    Hose Clip (1) @ Fuel Heater Outlet Hose - Remove

  3. Fuel Heater Outlet Hose Clamp (2) - Disengage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
  4. Fuel Heater Outlet Hose (3) @ Heater Coolant Heater - Remove

    Engine Cover (2) - Remove - Engine Cover Replacement

    Fuel Heater Outlet Hose Clamp (1) - Disengage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type

  7. Fuel Heater Outlet Hose (2) @ Heater Inlet and Outlet Pipe - Remove
  8. Fuel Heater Outlet Hose (2) - Remove
