Installation Procedure

    Coat the O-ring seal with the proper type refrigerant oil. Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers 

    2. NOTE:

    The shorter screen end first into the evaporator.

  2. Air Conditioning Evaporator Orifice Tube (1) @ Air Conditioning Evaporator - Install

    Air Conditioning Evaporator Tube (4) @ Air Conditioning Evaporator - Install - Air Conditioning Evaporator Tube Replacement (C60) , or Air Conditioning Evaporator Tube Replacement (C69) 

  4. Evacuate and charge the refrigerant system. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging .
  5. Check for refrigerant leaks.
