Installation Procedure

    Orifice and Baffle Cutoff Case (2) @ Blower Case Assembly (1) - Install

    Blower Case Assembly (1) - Install

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    Blower Case Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 1.5 N.m (13 lb in)

  4. Air Conditioning Evaporator Clamp Tube Bolt (2) - Install and tighten 1.5 N.m (13 lb in)

    Blower Case Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [7x] 1.5 N.m (13 lb in)

    Accumulator Bracket (2) - Install

  7. Blower Case Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [5x] 1.5 N.m (13 lb in)

    Air Conditioning Accumulator (2) @ Air Conditioning Evaporator - Install - Air Conditioning Accumulator Replacement 

  9. Air Conditioning Evaporator Tube (1) @ Air Conditioning Evaporator - Install - Air Conditioning Evaporator Tube Replacement (C60) , or Air Conditioning Evaporator Tube Replacement (C69)

    Radiator Vent Outlet Hose Bracket (4) - Install

  11. Radiator Vent Outlet Hose Bracket Bolt (3) - Install and tighten 1.5 N.m (13 lb in)
  12. Reposition the wiring harness.
  13. Engine Wiring Harness Bolt (2) - Install and tighten 1.9 N.m (17 lb in)
  14. Connect the electrical connector. (1) [2x]

    Coolant Recovery Reservoir (1) - Install - Coolant Recovery Reservoir Replacement (LV1) , or Coolant Recovery Reservoir Replacement (L96, LC8)

  16. Evacuate and charge the refrigerant system. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging 
  17. Visually inspect for air conditioning system refrigerant leaks.
