Removal Procedure

  1. Drain the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill LWN) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716 LWN) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static LC8, LV1, L96) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE47716 LC8, LV1, L96)

    Auxiliary Heater Inlet and Outlet Pipe Clip (1) @ Fuel Heater Outlet Hose - Remove

  3. Auxiliary Heater Inlet and Outlet Pipe Clamp (3) - Disengage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
  4. Auxiliary Heater Inlet and Outlet Pipe (2) @ Heater Coolant Heater - Remove

    Engine Cover (2) - Remove - Engine Cover Replacement
