Installation Procedure

Auxiliary Heater Inlet and Outlet Pipe (2) - Install
- Auxiliary Heater Inlet and Outlet Pipe Clip (1) @ Heater Inlet and Outlet Pipe - Install [2x]
Engine Cover (2) - Install - Engine Cover Replacement
Auxiliary Heater Inlet and Outlet Pipe (2) @ Heater Coolant Heater - Install
- Auxiliary Heater Inlet and Outlet Pipe Clamp (3) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Auxiliary Heater Inlet and Outlet Pipe Clip (1) @ Fuel Heater Outlet Hose - Install
- Fill the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill LWN) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716 LWN) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static LC8, LV1, L96) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE47716 LC8, LV1, L96)
- Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
